Haier HMW-E2301GBBD 23L Grill Microwave Oven

Haier HMW-E2301GBBD 23L Grill Microwave Oven

For many households the perfect microwave sits between a basic reheating box and a full convection oven. The Haier HMW-E2301GBBD fills that space neatly. It is a 23 litre grill microwave oven, so in addition to warming, cooking and defrosting with microwave energy, it can also brown and crisp food using its grill element. The grill is rated at 1000W input, enough to give kebabs, toast and grilled vegetables an appetising finish.

The 23 litre capacity is a popular choice for small to medium families. It holds standard dinner plates and medium bowls comfortably, yet keeps the overall size suitable for compact kitchen counters often found in city apartments. A smart black finish keeps it looking clean and modern, and it pairs easily with most kitchen colour schemes.

Day-to-day use is straightforward thanks to digital controls. There are five microwave power levels and a 60 minute cooking timer, giving you precise control over everything from gently softening food to cooking a full dish. Defrost helps prepare frozen items, while the glass turntable rotates food for more even heating. It is a dependable, versatile oven for families who enjoy grilled flavours, from breakfast toast to evening snacks and weekend barbecue-style dishes made indoors.

1000W Grill for Crisp, Browned Results

The grill function is what separates this model from a solo microwave. With 1000W rated input grill power, it can toast bread, crisp the top of lasagna, or give chicken tikka and fish fillets a lightly charred finish that pure microwave cooking cannot provide. It also helps revive leftover pizza or parathas so they taste crisp again rather than soft and soggy.

Digital Control Panel

Digital controls make it easier to enter exact times and power settings. Rather than turning a dial and estimating, you can set the oven precisely, which helps when following recipes or reheating sensitive foods that can easily overcook.

Five Power Levels

Five power levels give flexibility across many kitchen tasks. Lower settings suit softening, melting and gentle warming, while higher settings deliver fast reheating and cooking for busy mealtimes.

60 Minute Cooking Timer

A cooking timer of up to 60 minutes covers longer grilling sessions and combination cooking, so you can set the oven and move on to other tasks without needing to restart it repeatedly.

Defrost and Glass Turntable

Defrost mode helps thaw frozen meat and vegetables before cooking. The glass turntable rotates the dish throughout the cycle, helping heat reach different parts of the food more evenly and making the plate easy to remove for cleaning.

Balanced 23 Litre Size

At 23 litres, the oven offers a practical middle capacity. It is roomier than compact 20 litre models while staying smaller than large 30 litre convection ovens, making it ideal where counter space is limited but cooking needs are varied, such as in rented flats, shared kitchens or small family homes.
